We are the driving force behind the SSC-R One School Management System, dedicated to building an organized, systematic, and sustainable fundraising arm that empowers students to overcome the challenges they face.
Our Mission
Through San Sebastian College Recoletos Canlubang, a revered Catholic educational institution, OSS-PDO is passionately dedicated to providing scholarship programs for economically disadvantaged young scholars in the Philippines. OUR HISTORY
Our story begins in the heart of a densely populated community nestled within an industrial zone in the picturesque province of Laguna, Philippines. Here, amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, the seeds of hope were sown by the visionary founders of San Sebastian College Recoletos (SSC-R). In 2003, SSC-R emerged as a beacon of educational excellence, offering a comprehensive range of primary, secondary, and tertiary programs to eager minds hungry for knowledge and opportunity.
Yet, as the years unfolded and the population burgeoned, the landscape around us shifted. What was once lush agricultural land gave way to the relentless march of progress, transforming into specialized economic zones. With this transformation came a host of challenges, as our beloved province grappled with the harsh realities of rising unemployment and dwindling opportunities for sustainable livelihoods. For many, access to quality education became an elusive dream, slipping further from reach with each passing day.
Amidst these challenges, the need for transformative action became ever more apparent. It was in this crucible of adversity that the One San Sebastian Philanthropic Development Office was born—a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating lasting change in the lives of those we serve. Through innovative fundraising initiatives and a steadfast dedication to our cause, we strive to uplift the most vulnerable members of our community, providing them with the tools they need to build a brighter, more hopeful future.
